Reply:Zareem, the site lists name tht sounds like Rakan but in Arabic it's written little different arabic spelling= (乇賰丕賳) %26amp; pronounced Ruh-Kaan (Ruh=short vowel) %26amp; means solemn %26amp; not used as a name. Many ppl get confused b/w the 2 names though even in Arabic. Report Abuse
