I know there might be modifiers or diacritics in addition to just having the Arabic letters. Is there a difference between Umar and Omar? ...because I want Omar.

毓賲乇 It's practicly the same Umar and Omar, the thing is that when you transliterate it can be done to either Umar or Omar. Like for example: You = Inta or Enta ... the same :)
