We are trying to find a beautiful, meaningful name for our babygirl, due early March. I came across the name "Jaiyana" on a muslim baby name website. They say it comes from Arabic and means "strength", but I can't help to think that the name sounds so American or maybe i am pronouncing it wrongly? So, can someone who is a native Arabic speaker or knowledgeable on this subject, give me some more information on this name? Thank you!
